After 10 years at Google and another decade building businesses, I’ve seen how fast technology is shaping the future.

As a father of five, I noticed my kids’ natural love for gaming—and instead of fighting it, I saw an opportunity. What if that passion could be turned into something educational and future-focused?

That’s why we created ByteSparks—combining gaming, coding, and AI to help kids build real skills while doing something they already love.

My focus is making coding feel exciting, visual, and approachable—so kids build confidence while learning real skills.

Through platforms like Scratch, Python, and Roblox, I’ve seen how powerful it is when children create their own projects and bring ideas to life.

That’s what Bytesparks is about—helping kids think creatively, understand technology, and build for the future.

Bytesparks was created with a bigger vision for kids’ coding education.

The world children are growing up in is changing quickly. Coding still matters, but now AI literacy matters too. Children need more than isolated tech skills — they need confidence with problem-solving, creativity, digital tools, and an understanding of how AI and technology fit into the world they will live and work in.

Bytesparks aims to help lead that shift. We want to revolutionise kids’ coding education by combining coding, game creation, problem-solving, and AI literacy in a way that feels exciting, practical, and age-appropriate.

Our goal is not just to teach children how to follow instructions. It is to help them build confidence, curiosity, and future-ready skills that will stay with them far beyond the classroom.
